My panasonic plasma tv some thimes turn power off and then on by itselfs?
Question for ppl w/ Audio Experience?
How can I take speakers from a TV and make them usable with an iPod or Laptop?
I took the speakers out of a broken 55" Panasonic Plasma TV. I unplugged them from the TV so I don't have bare wire. I can see the + and - wires and they are connected to a male jack with two small prongs. Is there anywhere I can buy a converter to add an RCA headphone jack type thing to plug it into anything like that? Thanks in advance...
panasonic th-50px75u?
My 2007 Panasonic plasma TV will power on, however no picture comes on the screen.
The screen is receiving power, because it turns light gray when powered on. The LED turns on and stays on, there is no code or blinking, as the manual says.
Any advice would be great!
1080i being displayed on a 720p TV?
I'm a bit confused on this subject. My parents have a 60 inch hitachi DLP which is an LCD HDTV. It is a true 720p displaying 1280x720. While I was living at home, I had the bluray, xbox, and TV box displaying in 1080i. The picture was significantly clearer, sharper, and the textures and lines in xbox games were fuzzy in 720p. Now here is why I'm confused...
I recently just moved out and bought a 50 inch panasonic plasma X3 which is also a true 720p set. I can't tell the difference between 1080i and 720p. My living room is small and I'm only sitting about 8 ft away so I can see the finer details very clearly (I bought my TV before I moved, if I knew my living room was going to be so small, I would have purchased a smaller tv). I just did some research online and discovered that 720p TV sets cannot display in 1080i. They take the 1080i signal and convert it to 720p. If this is in fact true, why is there such a big difference in picture between 1080i and 720p on the hitachi? Shouldn't the picture be the same with either source?
Plasma TV sill not turn on?
My Panasonic TV (bought in 2008) will not turn on. I plug it in and press power. The red light comes on and stays on, despite any buttons pressed thereafter. After a minute or so, the red light goes off. I've pressed every button and nothing happens at this point. I can unplug it and wait a minute, then I hear a noise like the power is discharging. If I plug it in after that noise, the red light will come on when I press power again and repeat the behavior. What's wrong?
Which is best Tosiba-40PB10ZE lcd tv or Panasonic PLASMA TV TH-P42X30D?
Both costs Rs30,000 and 3years warranty. Tosiba is 40inch lcd tv with full HD(1920*1080) contrast ratio 50000:1 whereas panasonic is 42inch with HD ready only with contrast ratio of 200000:1. Whichconsumes less power? Which is best to buy?

Plasma TV cracked screen replacement?
I bought 10 LCD computer monitors from an online auction and when I picked them up there was a Panasonic TH-42PH9UK included in the lot. I had no idea that it was in there. Its a huge 42" Plasma TV/Computer monitor. I didn't pay much for it, but the front/outside glass has a crack across the entire screen from top to bottom. It still works and the crack doesn't affect the performance, per say, but if possible I would like to replace it. The part number is TKGA5304 FRONT GLASS for TH-42PH9UK. It has an anti-glare coating on it. The original part costs between 300$ and 400$ and I'm not interested in spending that kind of money on it. My question is: Would a glass repair shop have something like this or can I use normal glass for the replacement as long as the dimensions are the same?
