why wont my computer recognise that my graphics card is there?
i have just purchased a: 256mb agp palit nvidia geforce fx 5500 dvi / vga graphics card with tv-out for my computer, i checked to make sure i had the correct slot before i bought it, i checked to see if my motherboard will support 4x/8x, which it does, but whenever i try to install the driver for it from the nvidia website it tells me that it cant recognise the hardware, my pc is a sony viao pcv 2236, i ran a report and this is what i got:

oh and one other thing on my device manager list there is an exclimation mark next to MULTIMEDIA VIDEO CONTROLLER i tried to update the driver for that but it wont find anything.
